» FUTURESWINGS TRADING PROGRAM METHODOLOGY

FUTURESWINGS uses a combination of cyclical timing models in conjunction with optimized directional movement, key moving averages and RSI divergences to generate its signals. The suggested margin allocation is 50% of Invested Capital (Marked to market and subject to exchange margin requirements ). Maximum drawdown is 50% of initially invested Equity (Marked to market and subject to exchange margin requierements). It is important that subscribers understand the risk involved in trading futures and review all risk disclosures. The FUTURESWINGS trading program was optimized over the course of the last 5 years, adjusting for different time zones and changing markets conditions around the world.

With these programs, some flexibility is always needed with its recommendations due to the constant changing nature of the markets globally. FUTURESWINGS has implemented this throughout the history of the program. Moreover, The program has been continually adjusting to world market conditions changing moving averages, optimizing directional movement and volatility, and working with new signals based on daily changing market conditions. Such signals are sent intra-day as SPECIAL ALERTS.

FUTURESWINGS TRADING Program & Evaluation (Actual Results)
Before we offer a program to our clients, we carefully evaluate and test the rules and logic of each program based on historical data. Please remember trading futures is speculative in nature and there is a risk of loss. Only "risk capital" should be used.

SUBSCRIPTION FEE STRUCTURE
The subscription fee is $249/month or $595/quarter, which can be paid to MrSwing directly or from your trading account by signing a fee payment authorization.

COMMISSION FEE
The standard brokerage commission rate on each contract executed in a FUTURESWINGS Trading Customer account is $27.5 per side + exchange, clearing, NFA fees and transaction fees at designated brokerages.
No management fees or profit participation.

ACCOUNT SIZE
FUTURESWINGS recommends the following minimum starting account sizes:

• $25,000 MINI SWINGS (Trades one contract in the Mini-Euro, Soybeans, Gold and Cotton).
• $50,000 SINGLE SWINGS (Trades one contract in the Mini-Euro, Mini-Crude Oil, Soybeans, Wheat, Cotton and Gold).
• $100,000 MASTER SWINGS (Trades one contract in the Mini-Euro, Mini-Crude Oil, Soybeans, Wheat, Corn, Cotton, Gold, Silver and E-Mini S&P.)
  

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

• Each Client must work with his broker to manage the margin funds needed to execute trades and properly follow the trading program. We can not emphasize enough the importance of proper money management and not have your account over-leveraged at times when losses occur. You should fully understand the risk of loss and the rules and applications of money and risk management before starting.

• Once you begin, it is important to remember the broker will execute the programs according to your written Letter of Direction. If you wish to add or subtract contracts you will need to make that clear, most often in writing by completing a new Letter of Direction if applicable. Your broker will assist you with any changes.

HOW TO ENROLL IN THE PROGRAM

Please fill out the subscription forms to authorize the monthly subscription fee for the program. We will not charge your card until you fund the account and trading begins. Please fax this back to +1-208-361-9763 and work with the administrative team to get all the paperwork in place to open the account and fund it. They will notify us when the account is funded.

3. If we are unhappy with the current performance of a program, we may temporarily pull it from the portfolio, notify you by email and ask you if you wish to switch to another program. We believe this is necessary in today's changing market environment.
